The machine can complete the precision turning, drilling, milling, rigid tapping and other processing of the workpiece with one clamping of it and also achieves X/Z/Y 3 axes linkage control.
特點:
1,機床整體重量約6000Kg重,適合重切前和銑削加工。
2,機床床身采用高低軌結構,高軌滑塊受力均勻。
3,絲杠,導軌采用中國臺灣PMI品牌,導軌采用45mm滾柱形式,適合重切削。
4,機床主軸采用電主軸,力矩大,轉速高,運轉平穩。
5,機床Y軸采用寬距式硬軌結構,傾斜角15度,使Y軸重心低,剛性好。
1.Gross weight is around 6000kg, it specializes high duty cutting and mill-turn processing.
2.It has high and low guideway bed structure,and its weighted balanced by high guideway slider.
3.The screw and guideway were from Taiwan PMI brand,it adopts 45mm roll guideway,which its absolutely suitable for high duty cutting.
4.Its equipped with electrical spindle with large torque,high speed revolution and stable movement.
5.Y axis of machine was equipped with wide-distance type box guideway,which has slant angle 15 degrees and could be able to keep Y axis low center gravity and keep excellent rigidity.
